Sourdough isn't difficult, but it is different, and having someone there showing you what it should look like, feel like and if it's ready to move on to the next step, can make all the difference in reaching success.

My Sourdough Friend was built to give you directions much like Google Maps does, giving you the confidence that you are on the right path, and offering support if you turn the wrong way. This guide is meant to be a tool. A virtual way of me supporting you as you learn the basics of sourdough. This tool will allow me to be by your side, start to finish.

Print the pages that you want to reference, (I included QR codes for the videos that like things in print.) or save it to your phone/tablet. (I also made the QR codes clickable links for those of you that like keeping it digital.) Now, let‘s get baking!!!
