Great quality and beautiful fabric. So far the homemade English Muffins have not molded. Muffins have dried out a bit but smell fine. I think this is a great alternative to freezing breads and baked goods.
I never knew what a spurtle was and didn't know how badly I needed one in the kitchen. This tool is so handy! One of my favorite ways to use it is to stir when making cold brew coffee. Its narrow shape makes this spurtle unique and so helpful!
