Bread saving tool!

I’ve have thoroughly enjoyed every course included! I’ve already gone through it multiple times! From learning more about the origins and lingo of sourdough, to Jenni’s easy to follow directions for her recipes and the aid of her videos. I’m a visual learner, so watching someone who enjoys what she does and is also encouraging that nothing has to be perfect ( but just yummy!) really helps me relax. I am still learning, but I feel like I have my questions answered with this course. Give it a try!

Best sourdough investment I have found!

I have been baking bread for over 50 years, and consider myself pretty good at it.
Recently I decided to try my hand at sourdough. I bought a few expensive cookbooks, a LOT of equipment, watched numerous videos and tried and tried again. I was about to give up when I had a conversation with Jenni about my struggles. She was the turning point for me from failures to success. She understands the process and makes it understandable to me without making me feel dumb for not knowing. She is helpful in every area of the process.
