I have been baking bread for over 50 years, and consider myself pretty good at it.
Recently I decided to try my hand at sourdough. I bought a few expensive cookbooks, a LOT of equipment, watched numerous videos and tried and tried again. I was about to give up when I had a conversation with Jenni about my struggles. She was the turning point for me from failures to success. She understands the process and makes it understandable to me without making me feel dumb for not knowing. She is helpful in every area of the process.

Not only does this bread back prevent molding, it keeps my bread at the perfect texture. Plastic makes it too soft and moist + speeds up molding but paper made it dry out too fast. This bag is exactly what I've been looking for.

I have tried so many methods to keep my bread and they all either dried out or held too much moisture. One week in and my loaf is still a great texture, plus I love the designs of the fabric. Looks so cute sitting on my counter!
